Honey, Cheese & Almonds
Three textures, one bite
A single wedge of manchego served with orange blossom honey drizzled over the top and marcona almonds scattered around. This isn't a board — it's a moment. The simplest possible expression of three ingredients that belong together. If Iberico Club honey is out of stock, any good Spanish honey works.
Ingredients
- Unique Artisanal Manchego Cheese “Gran Reserva” Dehesa de los Llanos 8.8 Ounces
- Premium Roasted Marcona Almonds with Sea Salt 7.5oz
- Orange Blossom Honey from Spain. 12.3 oz.
Preparation
- Cut a generous wedge of manchego — about 100g per person. Bring to room temperature.
- Place the wedge on a small plate. Drizzle honey over the top, letting it run down the sides.
- Scatter marcona almonds around and over the cheese.
- Finish with a crack of black pepper. Serve with a small knife for breaking pieces.
