Truffle Almond Board
The aperitivo board
Three flavors of gourmet almonds — truffle, rosemary, and salted caramel — arranged with manchego, olives, and picos. This is the cocktail-hour board that requires zero preparation beyond opening packages. The almond trio is the conversation starter; the cheese and olives give it staying power.
Ingredients
- Unique Artisanal Manchego Cheese “Gran Reserva” Dehesa de los Llanos 8.8 Ounces
- Hand made picos camperos in a wood fired oven. 6 bags.
- Gourmet Almonds with Truffle 2.2 oz
- Gourmet Rosemary Almonds 2.2 oz
- Gourmet Salted Caramel Valencia Almonds 2.2 oz
- Premium Hand-picked Manzanilla Olives from Andalucia | 13 oz
Preparation
- Pour each almond variety into its own small bowl or section of a board.
- Slice manchego into small wedges. Arrange on the board between the almond bowls.
- Add a bowl of manzanilla or marinated olives. Scatter picos camperos throughout.
- Drizzle EVOO over the cheese. Serve immediately — almonds are best at room temperature.
