Turrón & Café
The Spanish way to end
Two turrón varieties — soft Jijona and hard Alicante — broken by hand into rough pieces and served alongside a cortado. This is the Spanish sobremesa ritual: the meal is done, the coffee arrives, and the turrón comes out. No plates, no forks. You break it with your hands and talk for another hour. The best ending to any Spanish meal.
