Pan con Tomate
The simplest ritual
Thick-cut rustic bread, toasted, rubbed with ripe tomato, drizzled with EVOO and flaky salt. That's it. The dish that every Catalan eats before anything else hits the table. - Award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Picual 500ml.
- Premium Fresh Tomato Spread "Tumaca Sauce" 7.8 oz Jar
- Hand-Harvested "Fleur de Sel" Salt from Ibiza | 5.3 oz Ceramic Pot
Preparation
- Toast thick-cut rustic bread until golden.
- Grate ripe tomato directly onto bread.
- Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and flaky salt.
- Serve immediately.
