How Barcelona starts the day
Tumaca sauce on thick toast, drizzled with EVOO, finished with flaky sea salt from Ibiza and a plate of sliced jamón ibérico on the side. Ingredients
- Hand-Carved Jamón 100% Ibérico de Bellota "Pata Negra" 2.5oz
- Award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Picual 500ml.
- Premium Fresh Tomato Spread "Tumaca Sauce" 7.8 oz Jar
- Premium Unrefined Pure Sea Salt from Ibiza in a Lipstick | 1.1 oz
Preparation
- Toast thick slices of sourdough or pan de cristal until golden and firm.
- Spread tumaca sauce generously over each slice while still warm.
- Drizzle with EVOO and finish with a pinch of Ibiza sea salt.
- Serve alongside a plate of sliced jamón ibérico and a cortado.
