Tostada Three Ways
A toast flight
Three toasts, three toppings: one with tumaca sauce and jamón, one with boquerones and EVOO, one with manchego and fig or honey. A tasting menu on bread — each toast showcases a different corner of the Iberico Club catalog. Perfect as a shared starter for three people or a solo lunch.
Ingredients
- Hand-Carved Jamón 100% Ibérico de Bellota "Pata Negra" 2.5oz
- Unique Artisanal Manchego Cheese “Gran Reserva” Dehesa de los Llanos 8.8 Ounces
- Premium Roasted Marcona Almonds with Sea Salt 7.5oz
- Premium Marinated White Anchovies "Boquerones en Vinagre" 3.5oz
- Award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Picual 500ml.
- Premium Fresh Tomato Spread "Tumaca Sauce" 7.8 oz Jar
Preparation
- Toast three slices of bread. Spread tumaca on the first, top with torn jamón ibérico.
- Drizzle the second with EVOO, lay 3-4 boquerones en vinagre, finish with flaky salt.
- Place a thin slice of manchego on the third, add fig jam or a drizzle of honey, and a few marcona almonds.
- Arrange all three on a board. Each toast should look different from the others.
