Piquillo Peppers & Cheese
Sweet fire, creamy earth
Piquillo peppers from Navarra — fire-roasted, hand-peeled, naturally sweet — stuffed with soft goat cheese and warmed gently in a pan. The pepper does the work; the cheese provides the contrast. Two Iberico Club products, five minutes, and a starter that tastes like you spent an hour in the kitchen. Drizzle with EVOO before serving.
Ingredients
- Gourmet Fire Roasted Piquillo Peppers from Lodosa. Jar (10-16 pieces)
- Award winning Majorero semi-cured goat cheese with Paprika. Small wheel 2.2lb.
- Award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Picual 500ml.
- Premium Unrefined Pure Sea Salt from Ibiza in a Lipstick | Pack of 3 (1.1 oz/ea)
Preparation
- Drain and pat dry piquillo peppers.
- Fill each with soft goat cheese.
- Warm in pan over low heat 2 min.
- Finish with olive oil and black pepper.
