- Authentic Wood-Fired Seafood Flavor — Slowly cooked over real firewood to extract the full essence of the Mediterranean, then rested over glowing embers for a subtle smoky depth that elevates every dish.
- Mediterranean Seafood Blend — Made with galera (mantis shrimp), crab, and prawn heads, combined with traditional salmorreta (tomato, dried garlic, sweet paprika) to build a deeply layered, ocean-forward flavor
- 100% Natural Ingredients — No concentrates, no additives, no artificial aromas. Just water, fresh seafood, EVOO, salmorreta, and salt — crafted using traditional methods for true, clean flavor
- The Foundation of Exceptional Seafood Paella — The same broth used by expert paelleros to create rich, flavorful arroz de marisco. Also perfect for fideuà, seafood rice dishes, stews, and suquets.
- Deep, Concentrated Flavor Profile — Intense and aromatic, with notes of shellfish, slow-cooked sofrito, and wood fire — a level of depth impossible to achieve with standard broths
- Generous 1-Liter Can (35.3 fl oz) — Serves 3–4 people. Shelf-stable and easy to store. Keep in a cool, dry place.
- Imported from Spain by Iberico Club — Sourced directly from El Paeller, one of Spain’s leading producers of traditional wood-fired broths, crafted in Valencia using time-honored techniques.
How to Prepare Your Seafood Paella

STEP 1
In the paella pan, sauté your favorite seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, clams) until lightly golden, then set it aside.

STEP 2
Pour in the wood-fired broth from El Paeller into the paella pan and bring it to a boil. When boiling, add the rice, stir once, and cook over medium heat for 18 minutes.

STEP 3
3 minutes before finishing, place the sautéed seafood on top of the rice. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
Tip: If the liquid evaporates too soon, add 1/3 cup of hot water.
