What is the weight of the Sliced Jamón package?
2.5 oz per package (~ 70gr). This is 15 to 20 slices of delicious Pata Negra; hand-carved. Other more industrial versions slice the ham with machines and offer packages with the same exact amount of slices, but the quality will never be the same.
