Highlights

Real Wood Fired Broth in the making

  • Real Wood-Fired Flavor — Slow-cooked over real firewood for 90 minutes. After cooking, the broth is left to sit over low, glowing wood coals. The result is a rich, smoky broth you simply cannot replicate at home.
  • Triple-Poultry Blend — Made with chicken, hen, and duck, sautéed to a deep golden brown before simmering. Three birds, one unforgettable depth of flavor.
  • 100% Natural Ingredients — No preservatives, no additives, no artificial aromas. Just water, poultry, salmorreta (crushed tomato, dried garlic, sweet paprika), salt, EVOO, and infused rosemary.
  • The Secret to Perfect Paella — This is the broth that real paelleros in Valencia use. Pour it into your pan and taste the difference immediately. Also ideal for fideuà, rice dishes, stews, and suquets.
  • Generous 1-Liter Can (35.3 fl oz) — Serves 3–4 people per can. Shelf-stable for up to 24 months. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Imported from Spain by Iberico Club — Sourced directly from El Paeller, the go-to brand for authentic paella ingredients in Spain.

How to Prepare Your Paella

Step 1: Sauté protein

In the paella pan, sauté your favorite protein (chicken, pork, beef) until golden brown, then set it aside.

Step 2: Pour broth

STEP 2
Pour in the wood-fired broth from El Paeller into the paella pan and bring it to a boil.

Step 3: Add rice and cook

STEP 3
When the broth is boiling, add the rice and meat. Stir once, then cook over medium heat for 18 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
Tip: If the liquid evaporates too soon, add 1/3 cup of hot water.
