Do I need to refrigerate my Jamón?

Sliced: Yes. If you bought our Hand Carved Ham, you should place it on the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it, make sure to let it sit for an hour until it is at room temperature. 



Whole Leg: No. Just place your jamón on the ham holder provided by Ibérico Club and leave it at room temperature over the countertop. Make sure to cover the exposed meat surface with slices of its own fat and cover with a regular cloth. 



If you carved too many slices from your whole jamon leg, you can place them in an airtight container or Ziploc bag and place them in the refrigerator.
