How to Prepare Your Paella

STEP 1
In the paella pan, sauté your favorite protein (chicken, pork, beef) until golden brown, then set it aside.

STEP 2
Pour in the wood-fired broth from El Paeller into the paella pan and bring it to a boil.

STEP 3
When the broth is boiling, add the rice and meat. Stir once, then cook over medium heat for 18 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
Tip: If the liquid evaporates too soon, add 1/3 cup of hot water.
