How to Prepare Your Vegan Paella

Step 1: Sauté vegetables

STEP 1
In the paella pan, sauté your favorite vegetables (bell peppers, artichokes, green beans, tomato) until lightly golden, then set them aside.
Step 2: Pour broth and add rice

STEP 2
Pour in the wood-fired broth from El Paeller into the paella pan and bring it to a boil. When boiling, add the rice, stir once, and cook over medium heat for 18 minutes.
Step 3: Place vegetables on top of rice

STEP 3
5 minutes before finishing, place the sautéed vegetables back on top of the rice. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
Tip: If the liquid evaporates too soon, add 1/3 cup of hot water.
