Tropical timbale with Jamón Ibérico de Bellota

Jamón Ibérico de Bellota pairs to perfection with the sweet flavors of some tropical fruit. Try these amazing tower of flavors with thinly sliced mango, pineapple, papaya and avocado. 10 minute recipe.

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 packages of sliced jamón ibérico de bellota
  • Lemon juice
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Sea Salt

How to prepare:

  1. Clean the papaya, the mango, the avocado and the pineapple. Then slice them thinly and put them in a big plate. Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. In the serving plate put a slice of papaya, then the pineapple, the avocado, the mango and a slice of Jamón Ibérico de Bellota. Repeat this until you have 3 layers of each ingredient. At the top of the timbale put another slice of Jamón. Finally add some extra virgin olive oil.
