Tropical timbale with Jamón Ibérico de Bellota

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 packages of sliced jamón ibérico de bellota
  • Lemon juice
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Sea Salt

How to prepare:

  1. Clean the papaya, the mango, the avocado and the pineapple. Then slice them thinly and put them in a big plate. Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. In the serving plate put a slice of papaya, then the pineapple, the avocado, the mango and a slice of Jamón Ibérico de Bellota. Repeat this until you have 3 layers of each ingredient. At the top of the timbale put another slice of Jamón. Finally add some extra virgin olive oil.
