Gourmet summer salad with foie gras and Ibérico ham
- Mixed greens
- 5 oz of cherry tomatoes
- 5 oz of Acorn fed Ibérico Ham (2 packages of Ibérico Club’s Pata Negra)
- 5 oz of foie-gras
- 5 oz of walnuts
How to prepare
- Place in the plate the mixed greens, followed by the cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
- Next, add bite size slices of the acorn-fed Ibérico Ham, thin slices of foie-gras and the walnuts.
- Add your favorite dressing, or use olive oil, vinegar and salt.
