Gourmet summer salad with foie gras and Ibérico ham

Ingredients (2 People)
  • Mixed greens
  • 5 oz of cherry tomatoes
  • 5 oz of Acorn fed Ibérico Ham (2 packages of Ibérico Club’s Pata Negra)
  • 5 oz of foie-gras
  • 5 oz of walnuts
How to prepare
  1. Place in the plate the mixed greens, followed by the cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
  2. Next, add bite size slices of the acorn-fed Ibérico Ham, thin slices of foie-gras and the walnuts.
  3. Add your favorite dressing, or use olive oil, vinegar and salt.
