- White toasted bread
- 1 Avocado
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt Flakes
- 2 eggs
- Black Pepper
- Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota
How to prepare
- Get some freshly baked white bread, cut it in half and toast it
- Cut the Avocado in half take the seed out and place the avocado into a bowl
- Add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add salt flakes to taste
- Smash the avocado and mix well
- Add on top of each slice of toasted bread
- Fry the eggs to your taste
- Place them on top of your toast
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Cut some slices of Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota
- Take the casting off each slice and mince
- Add them on top of the eggs
