- 1 jar of white gourmet asparagus (Espárragos de Navarra)
- 9-12 slices Jamón 100% Ibérico de Bellota
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Edible flowers (optional)
- Remove asparagus from jar, leaving liquid aside.
- Wrap 1 piece of jamón around each asparagus and place on a serving dish.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with edible flowers.
